For those that arrive early or would like to help us with initial set up - all are welcome to join us on Thursday to settle in early or help us set up for the weekend!
Friday
The wedding celbration weekend begins! The morning starts with a bridal brunch for the ladies, hosted by Madi's mother and sister. Fun and Food will be provided! For everyone else (or anyone looking for a little mountain adventure), join Daniel for Discs and Drafts—a round of disc golf followed by lunch and local brews in town. That evening, everyone is invited to the Rehearsal Barbecue. We'll gather around the campfire at Kiva Lodge for burgers, brats, brews, and plenty of time to relax, reconnect, and celebrate the start of the wedding weekend together!
Saturday
The big day has arrived! Stop by Kiva Lodge anytime in the morning for bagels and coffee. While we prepare for the ceremony, we invite you to enjoy everything the mountains have to offer—explore the property, hike a nearby trail, cast a line in the river, or take a stroll through town. In the afternoon, join us at the outdoor ceremony site as we celebrate the beginning of Madi and Daniel's next chapter together. The ceremony location is just a short walk from the lodge. Following the ceremony, we'll make our way down to the river for an evening of food, drinks, dancing, and celebration. We're excited to share one of our favorite cuisines with you and will be serving a Chinese-inspired dinner for all of our guests.
Sunday
As the wedding weekend comes to a close, stop by Kiva Lodge anytime in the morning for bagels and coffee before heading home. We'd love one last chance to gather, share stories from the weekend, and say goodbye before everyone departs. Thank you for celebrating with us—we're so grateful you made the trip to be part of this special weekend.
